ATTORNEY LYNN B. AUST MOOT graduated cum laude from Stetson University in 2001 with her Juris Doctorate and shortly after established the Aust Law Firm. In 2025, she sold Aust Law Firm and retired for THREE WEEKS! Missing the practice of law, she started Moot Law Firm, PLLC. She is a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
She is also a member of Belle Isle Community Church and the West Orange Women Service Club and volunteers at Freedom Ride which provides horseback riding to the special needs community. Since her move to Jacksonville, she and her family attend the Church of 1122. Lynn is passionate about practicing law with integrity and faithfully serving those around her.
